Timeline is scoped at intake. The Business Clarity Intensive is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the session. A Digital Business Foundation usually runs 4 to 6 weeks. The Operations & Systems Implementation runs 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope.
Not much. An existing business, a sense of what's not working, and availability to complete the intake form and attend the kickoff. I don't require brand assets upfront.
