Before I founded The Intentional Tea, I spent 10+ years in tech and operations. When I was laid off in 2024, it turned out to be the opening I didn't know I needed. That season gave me room to get intentional about my own life first, then build the professional life I wanted from there.
I built this brand to bring together everything I know: the operational systems and structures I used to run enterprise programs, and the personal tools I used to put my own life back together. One side is for business owners who need their backend to match how big they're thinking. The other is for anyone building a personal practice with real intention behind it.
