My Story
Hey, I'm Tiara, but everyone calls me T! I'm a Certified Project Manager, business operations specialist, and web designer, but I also create digital planning products, study astrology, and love to write.
Before I founded The Intentional Tea, I spent just under seven years at one of the largest tech companies in the world. When I was laid off in 2024, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was able to use that season to get intentional about my own life first, and build the professional life I wanted from there.
I decided to build a digital brand that could bring together everything I'm passionate about. One side is built around the personal stuff: the planners, the organizing tools, and the systems I used to put my own life back together. The other side is built for the part of me that never stopped loving business and operational systems, helping other people build that same kind of structure for theirs.
