Terms & Conditions
Last updated 28 September 2026
By buying from or using theintentionaltea.com you agree to these terms. The Intentional Tea is a sole trader based in Austin, Texas, United States. Questions to theintentionaltea@gmail.com.
Agreeing to these terms
Buying a product, booking a paid call, paying a deposit or an invoice, or continuing to use this site means you accept these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not buy.
Where a checkout or booking form asks you to tick a box confirming this, that tick is recorded with your order and is treated as your signature. The version of these terms in force is the one published on the day you bought, and a copy is kept.
You confirm you are at least 18, that the payment details you use are yours to use, and that the information you give is accurate.
What you are buying
Everything sold here is a digital product, delivered as a download. Nothing is posted to you and nothing physical ships. Planners, workbooks, sticker books and templates are files you download and keep.
The Intentional Astrology Report is prepared individually from the details you provide, and delivered by email once written.
Your licence to use it
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You may print it, write in it, and use it as much as you like for your own purposes.
You may not resell it, give it away, share the file, upload it anywhere others can download it, or include it in anything you sell. Reselling or redistributing a product ends the licence immediately.
Templates and workbooks may be used to run your own business. The outputs you create with them are yours. The template files themselves are not.
The licence is for one person and one business. It does not cover sharing the file with a team, a client, a membership, a group programme or a classroom, and it does not cover uploading it to a shared drive others can reach. Extra seats can be arranged — ask.
You may not, in any form: resell, relicense or sublicense a product; sell it as a template, a bundle, or private label rights; create a derivative product from it to sell or give away; strip, obscure or replace the branding; or use it, in whole or in part, to train a machine learning or generative AI model.
Breaking these terms ends your licence immediately, with no refund. Copies already made must be deleted. Where a product has been redistributed or resold, an invoice may be issued for every copy distributed at the full retail price, and that is in addition to any other remedy available.
Copyright and enforcement
Everything sold and published here — files, text, layouts, illustrations, photographs and the site itself — is the property of The Intentional Tea and is protected by copyright. Nothing in a sale transfers ownership of it.
Infringing copies are reported to the host, the marketplace and the payment processor carrying them, under the DMCA where it applies. Marketplace listings that copy a product are reported to that marketplace.
If you believe something published here infringes your copyright, email theintentionaltea@gmail.com with the work concerned, where it appears, and how to reach you. It will be looked at promptly and removed if the claim holds.
Services
Services are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins. Each quote states what is included, what it costs and roughly how long it takes.
Work depends on getting what is needed from you: answers, files, access. If those do not arrive, timelines move. A project paused by the client for more than 60 days may be re-quoted at current rates.
Payment
Payment is taken through Gumroad or Etsy for products, and through the agreed method for services. Prices are in US dollars. The listed price is the price; discount codes apply where stated and bundles are already discounted so codes do not stack on them.
Services and paid calls are charged through Stripe. Booking a paid call or paying a deposit or invoice confirms you accept these terms and the Refund Policy. All sales are final and service payments are non-refundable. Raising a chargeback rather than contacting me first is a breach of these terms and will be contested.
What is not promised
These are tools and frameworks, not guarantees. They are built from real experience in instructional design and business systems, and they work when they are used. What you get out depends on your own circumstances and effort. Nothing here is financial, legal, medical or therapeutic advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected to a product or service is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. The version in force is the one published when you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
