What This Is
The Intentional Tea is a translation and systems brand. Every product, service, and piece of writing here does the same thing: takes what is complex, overwhelming, or unexamined and converts it into something you can actually live by.

This isn't a wellness brand or a productivity brand or a self-help brand. Those exist and some of them are good.
